1. GENERAL:
Villa Bako provides luxury accommodation according to the information published on the website www.villabako.com.
2. RESERVATIONS:

After you select the time period for accommodation and send your inquiry, you will receive our answer within 24 hours whether it is possible to reserve accommodation in the facility. Unless otherwise agreed, to confirm the reservation, it is necessary to pay 30% of the total price within 72 hours after the answer that the reservation is possible.
The rest of the amount must be paid 30 days before arrival at the facility.
You will receive a confirmation of the advance payment as well as a confirmation of the payment of the rest of the amount to your e-mail address.
The reservation can be canceled (with a refund) no later than 60 days before arrival.
After 60 days, we keep the advance payment.
3. CHECK IN/CHECK OUT
The earliest possible check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (we understand late guests).
The latest possible check out is until 10 am.
